Samus Aran and Princess Lana are arrested, being charged with crimes commited by Mother Brain. They are taken to Prison World where Samus begins orchestrating an escape plan, and Lana helps raise the morale of her fellow inmates. Samus' plan succeeds, and they escape. Mother Brain is found to be responsible for setting them up and charges are cleared.
